Accountability Statement

This position is accountable for the design, development, and delivery of client-focused Learning and Strategic Expeditions.

Principal Accountabilities (include but are not limited to)

• Primarily responsible for researching, developing, executing, and leading client-focused Learning Expeditions (3-5 per year)
  

• Primary oversight of project budgets and management of project costs to maintain acceptable profit margins
  

• Serve as primary communication point for internal and external constituents and clients regarding status of Expeditions and resource requirements
  

• Contribute to the design of Learning expeditions and assist other Project Leaders in the design and execution of Expeditions (3-5 per year)
  

• Contribute as a member of WDHB’s self-managed team to the oversight of WDHB business matters by participating in various operational activities, e.g. branding & marketing, recruitment, training & mentoring, financial planning, resource planning, and HR management
